GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

This Policy defines the rules for processing personal data by the Administrator and specifies your rights related to their processing. The Policy also outlines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using so-called cookies, serving the provision of services electronically by the Administrator.

Types of Cookies Used

The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s device. In particular, this method does not allow viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter the User’s devices. Cookies allow the identification of software used by the User and customize the Website individually for each User.

The User has the option to limit or disable access to cookies on their device. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, excluding functions that, by their nature, require cookies.

The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

• Session cookies: stored on the User’s device and remain there until the end of the session of a given browser. The stored information is then permanently removed from the device’s memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow downloading any confidential information from the User’s device.

• Persistent cookies: stored on the User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the device does not remove them from the User’s device (they are stored on the end device of the User for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies files or until they are deleted by the User). The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow downloading any confidential information from the User’s device.

Purposes of Using Cookies

The Administrator uses own cookies for:

• Adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website. In particular, these files allow recognizing the basic parameters of the User’s device and displaying the website tailored to their individual needs.

• Analysis, research, and audit of viewership – collecting general and anonymous statistical data, creating anonymous statistics through analytical tools that help understand how Users of the Website use the website, allowing for the improvement of its structure and content.

The Administrator uses third-party cookies to promote the service through social media services Facebook.com (external cookies administrator: Facebook Ireland based in Ireland).

Options for Determining Conditions for Storing or Accessing Cookies

The User can independently and at any time change the settings regarding cookies, determining the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User’s device. Changes to the settings mentioned in the previous sentence can be made using the Internet browser settings or service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular, in a way that blocks the automatic handling of cookies in the Internet browser settings or informs about their placement on the User’s device each time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software settings (Internet browser).

The User can delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the Internet browser they use.

Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.

How to Disable Cookies in the Browser

The method of disabling the handling of cookies in individual browsers can be found on the websites of their creators.

A User who has consented to receiving commercial and marketing messages can withdraw their consent at any time by clicking on the opt-out link included in each message containing the newsletter or by contacting the Administrator.

In the case of processing personal data based on consent, the data is stored until the User objects to their processing for this purpose or withdraws their consent if it constituted the basis for processing the data or if the Administrator determines that the data has become outdated.
